Hoje fui ao Myra, um restaurante que abriu recentemente, e a experiência não podia ter sido melhor. O staff é extremamente simpático, o ambiente é acolhedor e a esplanada convida a ficar. A comida estava deliciosa e o vinho a copo muito bem escolhido. Sem dúvida, uma experiência a repetir.

I had a really upsetting experience at this restaurant yesterday. My friends and I were in the centre and two of them needed to use the toilet. They had drinks with them from another place, so we understood when the staff first questioned it. However, the situation quickly became aggressive and completely unnecessary. Even after my friends put the drinks aside, one staff member said they could go in while another refused for no clear reason. The argument escalated, and instead of calming the situation down professionally, the owner/staff became physical and started shouting at us to leave. What shocked me most was that I personally was pushed and insulted even though I had not argued or done anything disrespectful. I was also subjected to racist and offensive comments, including being told to “go back to my country,” alongside other insulting remarks. No customer should ever be treated this way. Regardless of misunderstandings, there is never an excuse for physical aggression, racism, or verbal abuse. Very disappointing experience.

Excellent food, friendly service, relaxed atmosphere - a fantastic experience.
