in the last weekI loved A Cozinha - Sr. Lisboa! It’s small plates that pack huge flavor, I wish we had gotten to try a few more. We had the Chicken Skewers, Fermented cauliflower, the beef, tomato rice, and truffle fries. Not sure how many to choose for your group they’ll let you know what’s recommended. They also helped me pick a delicious wine to go with our choices. To finish I had a fruit cheesecake I believe with a sweet basil ice cream. Next time I’m in Lisbon, this is an underrated gem!

in the last weekWe had such a great experience with our dinner at A Cozinha. Both food and service were excellent. Especially the cauliflower, the rice with cod and the cheesecake blew us away. Whenever back in Lisbon we'll be back here! 🥰

in the last weekI think there's quite a bit of difference between the restaurant they present themselves to be and the restaurant they are. The food was partially good, beef was chewy but bearable. The main problem was the service. Already when we arrived for our reservation, we were asked to wait outside without a proper apology. It took quite a while to be able to place our order. The waiters looked like they were very busy with their ear pieces and the serious presentation of the food, however the service was unexpectedly weak. We had to order twice to get a bottle of water to the table and the least you would expect in a restaurant (such as spoons presented with the food to share, so the customers do not need to do the deed with fingers etc..) was simply not there. Long story short, too much marketing, too little content. I observed other customers arriving and waiting very unconfortably at the door for longer than five minutes, even without their existence being recognised, let alone being greeted. It was a disappointment, especially at this price point.
