a week agoMy review comes from a sad feeling of disappointment, as someone who used to pick this place over any other to have a nice tasty meal and spend a warm evening with loved ones. Both the food and staff approach have been decreasing their quality over the years, but yesterday we had plastic and hairs on the same dish. Even though this is something accidental, there was no care regarding the situation, we paid for the entire dish and no one came to apologize - staff just kept continuing trying to sell drinks to us. Portions are getting smaller and more expensive as time goes, also. It’s just sad.
