How to Register and List Your Company
Step 1: Create Your Account
- Click on “Sign-In” at the top of the website.
- In the popup window, select “Register” and then choose “Owner” as your account type.
- Fill in the registration form:
- Choose a username
- Enter your email address, password, first name, and last name
- Read and agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
- Submit your registration.
Note: You will receive an email with a One Time Pin (OTP) to confirm your registration. Check your inbox and spam folder for this email.
Step 2: Start a New Listing
Once logged in:
- Click the “Add Listing” button at the top right corner of the website,
or - Go to “My Account” > “Dashboard” and select “Add Listing” from the left side menu under “Listings.”
Step 3: Choose Your Company Type and Package
- Select the appropriate company category based on your business, for example:
- Food & Drink for restaurants
- Accommodation for B&Bs
- You will be directed to a page to choose your listing package:
- Essential (Free)
- Extended (Paid)
- Professional (Paid)
We recommend starting with the Essential free package if you are a new user.
- After selecting the package, click “Submit Listing.”
Step 4: Enter Your Company Details
On the next page, complete your company profile by providing:
- Company details (name, description)
- Location and contact information
- Additional options based on your chosen package like menu uploads, Q&A, booking details, etc.
Step 5: Upload Media
- Upload photos in .jpg or .png format.
- Essential package allows up to 15 pictures; paid plans offer more storage.
Step 6: Make Payment (If Applicable)
- After filling in your details, proceed to the payment page if you selected a paid package.
- Payment methods accepted: Credit Card, MB Way, Klarna.
Step 7: Listing Review and Approval
- Your listing will be reviewed by our curators within 48 hours for accuracy and quality.
- You will receive an email notification confirming if your listing is approved or if any adjustments are needed with clear instructions.
Tips for Successful Registration
- Make sure to select the correct account type — you can change it later in your account settings if needed.
- Provide accurate and complete information to maximize your listing’s visibility and avoid suspension.
