We went for dinner late, after calling to ask if there was a problem, to which they replied that there was no problem at all.
The space is very beautiful, comfortable and quiet enough to talk.
The food was very good and the service was very good, super friendly and attentive. Until Mr. James arrived, at the end of the meal, to say that there were no desserts because the kitchen was closed. More than the information itself, it was the arrogant and authoritarian way in which it was said. When we replied that they could have warned us earlier, he retorted with a dry and inappropriate "it's on the internet". The situation was saved by the gentleman who served us before, always available and with a smile, as well as the head waiter, who let us finish our meal, with dessert!!, in peace.
It was a very good dinner marred only by the lack of professionalism, respect and education of an employee who has no place in that establishment.
This restaurant is definitely not downtown, but if you are a fish afficionado it is worth the time to get there.
If you have to ask the price, don't bother. This is an experience!
We came on a Monday afternoon, and there was no wait.
They are professionals, and know what they are doing.
We wanted an authentic restaurant to enjoy cod. This restaurant offers many recipes. A wide selection of Portuguese wines. The dishes we chose were well-prepared. Good value for money.
