Recentemente, li um artigo que afirma: "Comer desperta uma experiência sensorial multidimensional, na qual, em poucos segundos, os cinco sentidos são acionados". E posso assegurar que essa frase nunca foi tão verdadeira quanto no Allora. Cada prato que tivemos o prazer de degustar é uma obra-prima que ativa todos os sentidos. Os aromas oscilam no ar, as cores vibrantes dos pratos atraem o olhar, as texturas crocantes e macias brincam na boca, e até mesmo os sons da cozinha envolvem-nos numa sinfonia culinária única.
Não posso deixar de destacar alguns pratos que nos marcaram profundamente: o **Tagliatelle ai Gamberi Tigre**, com seu molho que dança no paladar; o **Spaghettoni pomodoro e burrata**, que traz um sabor caseiro e reconfortante; e a **Lasagna Classica dal chef**, que é simplesmente de outro mundo. Para acompanhar, o **Martini Allora** é uma escolha divinal que promete elevar ainda mais a experiência.
A carta de vinhos, cuidadosamente selecionada, oferece opções exclusivas que combinam perfeitamente com cada refeição, enquanto a vista deslumbrante da cidade de Lisboa completa o cenário, tornando cada jantar um momento memorável.

This has to rank amongst the best Italian restaurants we have experienced. And it’s not just the quality of the food and the efforts to have the best ingredients, it’s the decor, the open plan kitchen and the great staff interaction. This is an excellent dining experience, especially if you have the opportunity to eat at the bar and watch the show that the kitchen staff put on for you. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and wanting to please. Very well run restaurant which will take a lot to beat. Just getting there and seeing their red charcuterie cutter behind the bar should have been a clue of what was to come. And it was so good we were there two night’s later again. Eating here is going to as mandatory as having to pay the toll to cross the bridge every time we drive there. We will return for sure.
Delicious pasta with vegan options. We had the vegan pasta with mushrooms and the tomate spaghetti with burrata - both delicious. The atmosphere was very elegant and the staff super friendly and helpful.
