Our server, Sandeep, was an absolute delight. He was engaging, funny, and incredibly sweet. He truly made our dining experience special. Everyone we encountered working there was just as wonderful.
The momos in the goatling soup were incredibly flavorful. The two flavors complemented each other perfectly. The meat in the momos was tender and juicy.
The chicken samosas were the best we’ve ever had. The seasoning was spot on, and the inside texture was simply delicious. We couldn’t decide on which sauces we liked best, but all of them were delightful.
The roti was thin, soft, and gorgeous. We had the garlic roti, but I’m sure any flavor would be wonderful.
The lamb with mushrooms and asparagus in traditional curry was a standout dish. The lamb was the star of the show, and the rice was the most delicate quality we’ve ever had.
The charcoal chicken with cashew and almond paste was a nice addition. I was expecting it to be in a sauce, but it was a thick marinade that formed a crust on the outside. The chicken was mild in flavor with very tender meat underneath. I paired it with mint chutney and ate it with roti and salad.
The dessert was simply amazing! We had coconut ice cream and mango pistachio ice cream. Both were perfectly balanced and not too sweet. It was a very memorable meal.
